Order Processing Time

Please note that processing time may be longer during holidays, promotional periods, or due to unexpected delays.

Order Cancellation

You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours after placing it.

If your order has already been processed, packed, or shipped, we may not be able to cancel it. In that case, you may request a return after receiving the item according to our return policy.

Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Certain items, such as personal-care items, clearance items, customized items, or perishable goods, may be non-returnable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us and we will help arrange a replacement or exchange.
